1. About Transfer365

Transfer365 ("the Service", "we", "us") is an online intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available football market information, including player contract data, injury reports, club budget estimates and transfer news. The Service is operated by Transfer365 Ltd and is accessible at transfer365.net.

By creating an account and using Transfer365, you ("the User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Data Accuracy Disclaimer — Please Read Carefully

Transfer365 aggregates data from a variety of third-party sources, including public websites, press feeds and commercial data providers. We make no representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind — express or implied — regarding:

• The accuracy of any player contract dates, transfer fees, salary figures, injury durations or club budget figures presented on the platform
• The completeness of any dataset, watchlist, alert or notification
• The timeliness of any alert — alerts may be delayed, duplicated or omitted entirely
• The reliability of any AI score, ranking or recommendation
• Whether information from third-party sources is current, lawfully published or correctly attributed

Data may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or inaccuracies. You acknowledge and agree that Transfer365 data is inherently unreliable and must be independently verified before any reliance is placed upon it.

3. No Reliance — Advisory Tool Only

Transfer365 is provided solely as a general information and market awareness tool. It is not, and must not be treated as:

• Legal, financial, professional or commercial advice of any kind
• A basis for entering into, terminating or renegotiating any contract
• A verified source of contractual information, player availability or club intentions
• A substitute for professional due diligence, independent legal advice or direct verification with relevant parties

You expressly acknowledge that all decisions you make — including approaches to clubs, negotiations with players, structuring of deals or representations to third parties — are made entirely at your own risk, regardless of information displayed on Transfer365.

4. User Eligibility

Transfer365 is intended for use by football agents, intermediaries, club representatives and other licensed or registered professionals involved in the football transfer market. You represent that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including any licensing requirements applicable to football intermediaries or agents in your country.

We do not verify your professional status or licences. Responsibility for compliance with any applicable regulations rests solely with you.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Transfer365 offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

• Free trials: 7 days, no credit card required unless stated otherwise
• Upgrades: take effect immediately; prorated billing applied
• Downgrades: apply at the next billing cycle
• Cancellations: you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Annual plans: 14-day money-back guarantee from first payment date
• Refunds outside the above are at our sole discretion

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Transfer365 to:

• Scrape, harvest or reproduce Transfer365 data for redistribution or resale
• Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the platform's technical systems
• Share account credentials with others (each account is single-user)
• Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Make representations to third parties that any Transfer365 data has been independently verified by us

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, algorithms and proprietary data structures in Transfer365 are the intellectual property of Transfer365 Ltd and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal professional purposes only.

Third-party data that appears on Transfer365 (including player statistics, club information and market valuations) remains the property of its respective owners. Transfer365 makes no claim of ownership over such third-party data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Transfer365 Ltd and its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Any loss of commission, loss of deal, loss of revenue or business opportunity — even if we were advised of the possibility of such loss
• Any inaccurate, missing or delayed alert that results in a commercial disadvantage
• Any decision you make based on information displayed on Transfer365

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount you paid to Transfer365 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Data and Sources

Transfer365 aggregates information from publicly available third-party sources. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy of data from these sources. Inclusion of information from a particular source does not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with that source.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain Transfer365 as continuously available as reasonably practicable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons without notice. Alert delivery is subject to technical constraints and cannot be guaranteed to be instant or uninterrupted.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
